Ladies First Business Network is an education and resource group for women entrepreneurs. Our vision is to provide education and resources for women entrepreneurs so they can grow both personally and professionally in their everyday life. We believe that personal growth leads to professional success. We also provide the opportunity to network with each other and learn about our businesses. We meet weekly, have Monthly Seminars, guest speakers, and an annual Women's Expo!!

The well group was inspired by a practicing chiropractic physician and wellness coach to educate and empower the community in health and wellness related topics. Topics such as nutrition, clean eating, hypnotherpy, prevention, clean eating, health and vitality, stress management, weight loss, fitness, healthy children, core strengthening, headaches, back health, detoxification, environmental toxins, allergies, and more.

I am looking for a few committed women that are interested in doing long runs together on Sat/Sun mornings. I just finished the Huntington Beach Half, and am training for my second Marathon (LA in March). During marathon training runs I plan to run. 9:15-10:15 min pace.
